Add dash of shocking red Le Fruit de MONIN Red Grapefruit to juices and smoothies, or blend it into a homemade salad dressing for a little extra flavour kick. Used in cocktails, granita, fruit punch, sodas, mocktails, sorbet, lemonades, iced teas, bubble teas, desserts, smoothies, fondants and more.

Colour: Deep ruby red with some copper glints.

When stored in a dry, clean location at a temperature of 18-27⁰C, the shelf life after opening and with the cap on will be 90-180 days. Avoid high humidity, direct heat and sunlight.
